How does RecruitRaptor work?
When you visit a LinkedIn profile, RecruitRaptor reads the publicly visible information on the page (name, headline, experience, education, skills) and compares it against the job description you provided. Our AI analyzes the fit and returns a match score, strengths, concerns, screening questions, and a personalized InMail draft -- all in about 10 seconds.
Is my data safe? What about candidate privacy?
We take privacy seriously. Profile data is processed through our secure API (HTTPS encrypted) and is never stored on our servers -- it is discarded immediately after generating the analysis. All results are saved locally in your browser only, not on any cloud service. We never track which profiles you analyze, and we never sell or share any data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does it work with LinkedIn Recruiter?
Yes. RecruitRaptor works on any LinkedIn profile page -- free LinkedIn, LinkedIn Premium, and LinkedIn Recruiter. If you can see the profile, RecruitRaptor can analyze it.
How accurate is the match scoring?
RecruitRaptor uses Claude AI by Anthropic, one of the most capable AI models available. It reads the full profile text and compares it against your exact job requirements -- not keyword matching, but genuine comprehension. Scores are calibrated: a 7+ means genuinely strong, a 3 means weak. Most recruiters find the scoring aligns closely with their own assessment after a manual deep-dive.
Can I use it for multiple roles at the same time?
Absolutely. Update your job description anytime in the extension popup. The new description takes effect immediately for all subsequent analyses. You can switch between roles as often as you need -- there is no limit on job description changes.
What happens after the 3-day free trial?
After your free trial ends, you will be billed $19/month. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged. There are no contracts, no annual commitments, and no cancellation fees.
Is $19/month worth it?
If you source candidates on LinkedIn, you likely spend 10-15 minutes per profile evaluating fit. At even 20 profiles per day, that is over 3 hours of manual review. RecruitRaptor does the same work in under 4 minutes total. For a recruiter billing $50+/hour, the tool pays for itself on the first day of each month.
What if I hit the 100/day analysis limit?
The daily limit resets at midnight UTC. For the vast majority of recruiters, 100 analyses per day is more than sufficient. If you consistently need more, contact us at support@recruitraptor.com to discuss enterprise options.
Will LinkedIn detect or block this extension?
RecruitRaptor does not automate any LinkedIn actions. It simply reads the profile page that you are already viewing (the same data visible to your eyes) and sends it for analysis. It does not scrape, crawl, or interact with LinkedIn's API. This is functionally no different from you reading the profile yourself.
How do I install it?
After subscribing, you will receive a link to install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. Installation takes about 10 seconds. Open the extension popup, enter your subscription token (emailed to you), paste a job description, and you are ready to go.
