Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RecruitRaptor Chrome extension and associated services ("Service") operated by Raptor AI Tools ("we", "our", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using RecruitRaptor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RecruitRaptor is a Chrome extension that analyzes LinkedIn candidate profiles against job descriptions using AI. The Service provides match scoring, strengths/concerns analysis, screening question suggestions, and InMail draft generation.

3. Subscription and Payment

• The Service requires a paid subscription after a 3-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase (currently $19/month).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

4. Usage Limits

The Service includes a daily limit of 100 candidate analyses. This limit resets at midnight UTC each day. We reserve the right to adjust usage limits with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for legitimate recruiting and talent evaluation purposes.
• Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service while using our extension.
• Not use the Service to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics (race, gender, age, disability, religion, etc.).
• Not share your subscription token with others or use it from automated scripts.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension.
• Not use the Service to harass, stalk, or send unsolicited bulk messages to candidates.

6. AI-Generated Content

Analysis results, scores, InMail drafts, and screening questions are generated by AI and are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI-generated content before using it.
• Making your own hiring decisions -- AI scores are advisory, not determinative.
• Ensuring outreach messages are appropriate before sending them.
• Compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The RecruitRaptor extension, website, and underlying code are the property of Raptor AI Tools. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated analyses or scores.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or LinkedIn.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raptor AI Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, hiring decisions made based on AI analysis, or data loss.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the extension and canceling your subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
